Learning to Spot Gophers in Your Garden

In this video, Farm-to-Table Chef Teca Thompson discusses how you can determine whether a gopher has been in your garden. With a note of irritation in her voice, Ms. Thompson reveals that gophers invaded her garden just the previous night, leaving behind a dead green bean plant and a large mound of fresh dirt.
